The Opportunity
The Deloitte Technology Fast 50 is one of the UK’s foremost technology awards programmes. In its early years, Deloitte had concerns with the cost and inefficiencies in its delivery, as nominations were processed in-house and manually on paper.
My Role
Working with a leading provider of innovative and specialist technology to the professional services sector to transition the programme online.
Designing and deploying a web-based process so companies could self-nominate digitally while allowing Deloitte’s accountants to seamlessly audit each companies’ accounts in real-time.
Results
Saving Deloitte the time and costs required to process hundreds of nominations, and enabling teams to focus on business development and marketing opportunities instead.
